Advising on the sale of Denton to Bowmer + Kirkland Group

Stevens & Bolton has advised the shareholders of Denton, a specialist office design and fit-out company, on the sale to Bowmer + Kirkland Ltd, one of the UK’s largest privately owned construction and development groups.

Denton, which has offices in London and Manchester, has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality construction and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors including commercial, education and healthcare.

The acquisition by Bowmer + Kirkland will support Denton’s continued growth and enhance its service offering to clients across the UK.

Michael Halewood, CEO at Denton, commented: “We are grateful to Oscar and the Stevens & Bolton team for their expert guidance and support throughout the process. Their commercial insight and commitment were instrumental in achieving a successful outcome for all parties. We look forward to Denton’s continued success as part of the Bowmer + Kirkland group.”

Oscar Horwich, Corporate Partner, commented: “It was a pleasure to work with the Denton shareholders on this important transaction. Denton has established itself as a trusted name in the construction sector, and we are confident that the business will continue to thrive under Bowmer + Kirkland’s ownership.”

The Stevens & Bolton team was led by Oscar Horwich with support from Charlotte Lane and Ayo Emiola (corporate), Kate Schmit, Himal Bulathsinhala and Katie Gordon (tax) and Jack Lightburn (real estate).
