The Stevens & Bolton corporate team has advised Diploma plc on the acquisition, by Diploma UK Holdings Ltd, of Alpha Laboratories Ltd (Alpha Labs).

Diploma plc is an international value-add distributor of specialised products and services in the controls, seals and life sciences sectors. Alpha Labs is a UK-based, family-owned business specialising in laboratory supplies and diagnostics products. Its value-add customer proposition has driven a track record of excellent growth at strong margins and will add scale to Diploma’s UK Life Sciences division.
