David advises on a range of general corporate transactional and advisory matters including M&A, private equity transactions and investments, and corporate reorganisations both domestically and internationally.
David joined the corporate team at Stevens & Bolton in 2021 from a national firm in Bristol where he trained and qualified in 2021. He has acted for clients in the technology, entertainment, and financial services sectors, and sits internally on the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Forum.
Recent highlights include:
- Providing UK counsel to a US venture capitalist on an investment in a UK music festival
- Assisting 9Corporate (a law firm based in Rotterdam) with the UK aspects of an acquisition of the Fullwood group, a supplier of milking systems and robots for the agricultural sector, by their client JOZ B.V.
- Advising the founders of Adatis, a leading data analytics consultancy, on the sale of the Adatis group to technology service provider Incremental Group
- Advising the founders of TNSC Ltd, an IT company that offers network security hardware and software services, to the Prime and Modern Group
