Tom advises on a variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, and corporate support work.
Tom qualified as a solicitor in 2023 following completion of his training and having been at Stevens & Bolton since joining as a paralegal in 2019.
During his training, Tom gained experience in the corporate and employment teams, before working within the real estate, real estate disputes, and construction and engineering teams to build up his property experience.
