The Stevens & Bolton corporate team has advised the management team on the sale of Octavius Infrastructure Limited to RSK Group.
Octavius, headquartered in Surrey, is one of the UK’s leading civil engineering and electrification transport infrastructure businesses, operating across rail and highways. As a Tier 1 supplier, Octavius has longstanding relationships with key customers, such as Network Rail, National Highways, Local Authorities, and Transport for London.
RSK Group is a global leader in environmental and engineering solutions. Infrastructure is a core strategic growth market for RSK and the acquisition of Octavius adds a well-established business with a proven track record in safety-critical infrastructure delivery to its portfolio. Octavius will continue to focus on sustainable growth, prioritising the safety, health and well-being of its people and the environment. Octavius and its 700 employees will continue to operate under the leadership of Chief Executive John Dowsett, with Matt Smith and Gavin Pritchard continuing as Managing Directors for the rail and highways respectively.
