Stevens & Bolton’s corporate team has advised New Global Consortium Limited (GCL) on its acquisition of Nexon SCM Group Limited, a Lincoln-based family run business which specialises in the distribution of cleaning, hygiene and janitorial products to professional users across England, Scotland and Wales. 

GCL provides industry-leading products, supplies and services across the globe.
